  Fantastic Groomers! They always take extreme care of my hound - you can tell that they are dog lovers. The groomers always do a very neat job- my dog often gets matting, and has sensitive skin-and they look after him every time. He always comes out of Pets On The Point looking very handsome indeed! Thank you!

  Very disappointed with Pets on Point. Took my dog there for the first time yesterday to get her washed and groomed. On the way home, she was itching her eye and could barely open it. The next day I had to take her to the vet who said it looks like it happened at the groomers. She is still struggling to open her eye but the vet gave me an ointment so hopefully the condition will improve soon. I have never had this happen to my dog at the groomers and will never be taking her back to these groomers again.

  Offering dental scraping DOES NOT EQUAL a scale and polish. These persons have absolutely no dental knowledge, no dental training nor any veterinary training and have no right to be offering such a service. They WILL hurt your pet’s teeth and gums. Go see your trained veterinarian instead. You have been warned!

  My standard poodle and I LOVE Pets on the Point. Their hygiene standards are exceptionally high as is the love and care they give when looking after the dogs. The owner clearly loves animals and has a wonderful manner with them. They're the best in the Inner West!

  Asian lady with no customer service, what an awful experience. She did not help at all when asking for a present for a dog. Never returning here.
